Ohio Valley We invite you, On August 18th @ 2:00 or 14:00 pm, the Belmont County Military Veterans Museum will be having a Honor Flag raising ceremony and the rededication of the Post cannon. The American Legion Post 312 will be raising the American Flag and two people from each branch of Military service will raise their Flags. Pastor Cheryl Norris from the Bethesda Church of the Nazarene will bless the new poles. Laurie Labishak will be singing the National Anthem. There will also be a big announcement at the ceremony that you don't want to miss. We invite to come out and support our veterans and active military members of the Ohio Valley and to view the museum.
